It took me a minute to figure out that "Our Lady of Blue Waters" meant the porta-loo. I thought you were talking about an event at a religious site! Can you tell I'm new>

Do try it with our custom drafting instructions... I can honestly say, 16 years into wearing split drawers, and being a complete clutz, I've not had a *single* incident!

I have been struggling with the same modesty problem for years. Something about one's, ahem, being exposed to drafts and possibly flashing the general public has kept me from going 100% period correct. Maybe I will go ahead and take the plunge!!!

Liz,

Bless you for tackling this topic. I recently read al Alcott novel (can't remember which one but probably Little Women) in which a "snood" was mentioned. I couldn't believe it and I was reluctant to mention it to others in fear that they would take up the Rayon Snood and quote Alcott as documentation! This makes infinite sense and fits in with my research as well.

Thanks again!
Sherry.

I registered for the forum last month and I failed to write down what the combination name I signed as so now I can't sign in and I can't retrieve my password or anything. I tried setting up a different account but as soon as I plug in my e-mail address it says I already have an account. Any suggestions JoAnn
